December 30, 2014. Downtown Ypsilanti restaurant owners put building on the market, plan to close the business. Ann Arbor News. "Rashad Williams, the listing agent for Keller Williams, said the approximately 12,000-square-foot building at 100 and 102 W. Michigan Ave. has been on the market since mid-October and is listed for $850,000. The sale price includes all the restaurant equipment and liquor license."
Update: The building in downtown Ypsilanti was sold in 2018. The business has moved to above location in October 1, 2018.
