The company continued to expand, and in August of 1956, Godfrey Moving and Storage was purchased from Cecil Creal in Ann Arbor. Archie Sr. and Hazen took Saginaw employee, Frank Clark, into that business with each partner owning 33 1/3 of the stock for Godfrey Moving and Storage. Frank's wife, Elaine was the office manager. The same year, the company acquired Elsifor Moving & Storage in Ann Arbor and combined it with the Godfrey acquisition. A new office/warehouse was built in an industrial park with a mini-warehouse.
