The Performance Network Theatre, founded in 1981, was a nonprofit professional Actors' Equity theatre company, featuring Off-Broadway quality productions in a 139 seat theatre located at 120 E. Huron Street in downtown Ann Arbor.

In December 2015, the management announced that it was closing its doors at the end of the year, following several years of financial and administrative upheaval.
