And yet....somehow I still just can't give The Quarter more than 3 stars. I've really never had a bad experience here, but I guess just nothing about it stands out to me. They want to be Cajun, but it seems like they ran out of Cajun ideas after a few uses of beignets, jambalaya, and muffaletta, and just started adding whatever they felt like to the menu. The vegetarian section especially reflects this: eggplant parmesan, butternut squash ravioli, and some kind of Asian veggie stir fry? Not very creative, or consistent with their restaurant's atmosphere. (3 stars)
I might not go out of my way to come back to The Quarter Bistro, but it's a nice lunch spot with a lovely atmosphere and serviceable food.
