A May event sponsored by the Ypsilanti Chamber of Commerce - thousands of volunteers from around Ypsi (City and Township) turn out to clean up alleys, plant flowers, and otherwise shine up the place, followed by a picnic lunch in Riverside Park.
PRIDE, which stands for People Restoring Image and Developing the Environment, not only helps the appearance of the community, but gives us a chance to meet new neighbors and catch up on news and happenings of our friends.
