Started in 2003 and part of the Zingerman's Family of Businesses. Available retail at Zingerman's Deli, Zingerman's Bakehouse and online through Zingerman's Mail Order. Coffee is roasted on-site, and the cafe seats about 35. Interested patrons can also register to attend brewing methods classes hosted by the staff.
