SCTV Channel 28 is the student run cable television station of UCSC. Programming can be viewed on Channel 28 at UCSC or on their website. SCTV includes four different broadcast organizations: Banana Slug News (BSN), On the Spot (OTS), Film Production Coalition (FPC), and Rainbow TV.
