We're in the planning stages of putting together a monthly low-key wiki-writing get-together.  We plan to start it after the first of the year.  Please give us your email (link below) if you'd like to hear when we pick dates and a location.  Or you can edit this page and add to the suggestions for venue below.  We're so excited about this project!  We hope you'll join us.

Here's what we're thinking:

The location needs to have a wifi connection and needs to be workable without having to make a reservation, since we'll have no idea how many people will show up.   Just edit this page and add your suggestions/info. 

It also doesn't need to be called Wine and Wiki.  Beer is good too, just no alliteration.  (Or is that assonance? Never remember the difference between the two.)

Suggestions for venue:

• Fermentation Lounge - They are very invested in local events and seem to be open to all kinds of new things. Might be good to schedule it on an off-night (Tues/Weds).
• Mockingbird - a happy hour wiki-a-thon would be fun. Maybe see if they'll give a deal (10% off?) for those with laptops.
• Wine Loft - Not sure about wifi status here, but centrally located and lots of great space.
