Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 9498 is a local chapter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States of America. The organization is located in the former town of Bryte, hence its other name of Bryte Memorial. In operation since its founding, the current building is one of the few landmarks to retain the memory of Bryte, CA.
The VFW are veterans and Active/Reserve members of the United States military who have served in our nation's wars and conflicts. Membership into our organization can be found on our national website: https://www.vfw.org/join.
