There are always a lot of things taking place in the area. Most are under the radar.  But there are quite a few that involve many of us, and this page is where they are listed.

Please add your event directly into the calendar if possible. Help on editing this page is available here. If all else fails, email [email protected] and the moderators of the 95033talk group will add it for you.

The Mountain Network News also has a list of events taking place every month.

One-Time Occurrence Events:

As a guideline, we suggest items on this calendar be no farther out than 3 months.

One of Two Lace Museums in the Country!

4th weekend of March and September The Lace Museum holds a vintage lace sale offering tubs and racks of clothing, linens, trims, edgings, inserts, appliqués, collars, handkerchiefs, tools, hand and machine made lace, embroidered and needlework items, some that date back into the 1800s from all over the globe, some in beautiful, some imperfect but treasure condition, at unfathomable prices. You'll never have an opportunity like this! Lots of our neighbors showed up last year grabbing up items for tabletops, beds, clothing, crafting, costuming, wedding gowns, baby clothes... bring your creative selves, engineer friends and other halves who will LOVE just looking at this intricate and unfortunately dying art even if you don't buy. Look for me (Beth Miller) and please say hello! Help us, a 501 (c)3, keep the art of lace making alive!

*EIGHT (8!) WEDDING GOWNS AVAILABLE AT THIS SALE! 1940-1970 for a donation!
