Because the 95033 area spans two counties, there are multiple law enforcement agencies that serve the area.
In all cases, the way to reach law enforcement - and any other emergency services - during an emergency is by calling 911. If your call is not urgent, some agencies provide a separate number to reach dispatchers without calling 911, but if you are any emergency situation, call 911.
In Santa Clara County, general law enforcement is provided by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department. Contact:

As a rule, we don't generally have deputies stationed in the Santa Cruz Mountains. (Santa Cruz County did do neighborhood policing years ago, and had a deputy who was in the area a lot of the time, but that ended due to budget constraints). As a result, sheriff response is generally from the flatlands on either side of the hill, depending on where you are calling from, and the response time can be extended. That isn't always the case, but it takes deputies or officers in the area on another call or doing speed enforcement on local roads to get faster response times.
For certain situations - revolving around fires, mostly - Cal Fire has officers with law enforcement training and authority.
