Lexington Hills is a geographical area designated by the census. It encompasses the general area south of Lexington Reservoir on both sides of highway 17, extending all the way up to Summit Road.
There are several neighborhoods inside Lexington Hills, including Aldercroft Heights, Redwood Estates, Holy City, and Chemeketa Park.
