Originally from Esparto, CA, Amanda moved to Davis in 2004 to attend UC Davis and complete double majors in English and Communication Studies.  She lived in Davis until May of 2011 when she purchased her first home in Sacramento. While living in Davis and attending UCD, Amanda was involved in campus and town community. She was a Business and Finance Commissioner for the Associated Students of UC Davis, a working member of the Davis Food Co-Op, and a swimmer with the Davis Masters Swim Team.
