HI there! I fell in love with Oakland when I moved here from Baltimore in 2005. I've lived in Downtown/Uptown (before Uptown, when it was just a Sears auto repair center in a massive open parking lot across from now defunct "new Sears"), Adams Point/Grand Lake, and Mosswood. Oakland rules.
I also am a huge astronomy nerd. You can find me hosting events for the Eastbay Astronomical Society at the Chabot Space and Science Center, volunteering at a star party, or doing work across the bay at the Astronomical Society of the Pacific.
