It's intended to represent the community's viewpoint, rather than the business owner/representative's. If you haven't read it yet, have a look around the Welcome to the Wiki/Business Owner page. I made a couple more minor adjustments, like changing "we" to "they." —TomGarberson
2010-09-29 16:44:55 Hello! I restored the warnings that you deleted. I did this because I had a look back over the edit history of the page, and I couldn't help but notice that there were quite a few negative comments, from people who purportedly were living at the Americana at the time, that did not have the same IP address. This makes me very suspicious, especially given that all the reviews in question were so positive. Beyond that, the warnings only state that they share IP addresses, and not that they are necessarily the same person. —JoePomidor
The Americana Arms office is located in the 1124 F Street building and uses the same network as the 40+ residents of that building, hence the IP conflict. If a comment is made by a resident in this building it will share the IP address with the office. If it is made from one of our other networks, the IP addresses will be different from the office building. If someone off site makes a comment to our page they would not share our IP address. — Americana Arms Staff
