Rik Belew moved to Oakland in 2012 after living in San Diego for 25 years. He is a computer scientist with primary research interests in adaptive knowlege representations, commercial activities (cf. ElectronicArtifacts.com) and civic involvement (cf. http://www.openoakland.org).
