Correspondence in:

From HBA: A proposal that Division 4 be three rink competition.
The Club’s delegates were instructed to put the view that it favoured a two rink competition first then a three rink triples second and a three rink fours competition third.
They were asked to enter a Division 4 side and to point out that it was likely that three rinks of fours would be difficult to fill every week and that short teams and forfeits were likely.
