NB FYI. John Buchan spoke with Ann later. The toilet pad just fits the Oval plan for Pioneer Gardens.

For legal? reasons it must stand 1.5 meters from the fence. John is concerned at the delay of building as unfavourable weather will affect plantings. Council aborist is currently sourcing the plants required. - positive thought?
