Hills Winter Lantern Festival

The HWLF is an initiative of Hills artists and the Hahndorf Academy. It is now run by our charity the HWLF Inc. Our Festival and parade day is a culmination of 7 weeks of workshops with local school students and families. This year (2025) we continue in Echunga at the Echunga Community park.  

2025 is our tenth winter festival following the Fruhlingsnacht 2015 and the HWLF August 2016 -2022 in Hahndorf, and the HWLF in Echunga 2024.
