The Burlington Diner is a classic American style diner located at the intersection of South Church Street and Chapel Hill Road. The Burlington diner has a large menu selection of good, home style, southern food, ranging from burgers and club sandwiches to Greek gyros.  However, the restaurant is probably most known for serving breakfast all day. According to the wait staff, the eggs are the best and the most popular. The breakfast items include classic breakfast items such as pancakes, French toast, biscuits & gravy, and breakfast sandwiches. The diner also serves lunch and dinner entrees with specials throughout the week. The Burlington Diner offers dine-in and take-out options. The restaurant is very family friendly. It serves no alcohol at all choosing instead to serve coffee, tea, milk, juices, and sodas.  The Burlington Diner is great for children due to its relaxed atmosphere and friendly wait staff. The food is not very expensive with dishes ranging from $4 to $8 for most entrees. This makes it idea for families or college students. In an effort to broaden their audience the Burlington Diner also offers a discount to college students at Elon. Overall, the Burlington Diner is a great little restaurant for people of all ages who are just looking for a good, cheap, bite to eat.
