Cup 22

Cup 22 proves to be a favorite spot for many residents of Alamance County.  Free wifi and high quality coffee make a great combination.  Each cup is made individually and carefully.  The menu contains a great variety of pastries and snacks.  The elaborate layout also draws in a crowd.  "The coffee is delicious and the seating is ample and spacious. The Oak House

Coffee. Wine. Beer. Three items that the newly opened Oak House seem to draw in the crowd with. The Oak House is latest addition to the cafe and lounge scene in the Elon community. This more upscale bar/ coffee house took the place Town Tables. The idea behind The Oak House was to create a more relaxing atmosphere for students and faculty to meet and enjoy one an other's company while having an assortment of beverages and snack foods available to them.

 Oak House offers four different daily brews and has an endless list of wines and  craft beers for customers to choose from. not only that but The Oak House also provides a small menu of Artisan foods, from pastries to hummus and wraps. You can check out this great new addition Monday- Wednesdays at 7am to 10pm, Thursdays- Fridays 7am- 12am, Saturdays 11am-12am or Sundays 11am -10pm. Starbucks

Every college area is in need of a Starbucks and lucky for the Elon community, Burlington houses one right down the road. This Starbucks is always filled to capacity with students, faculty and residents around the Elon area, looking for a quick caffeine fix and delicious cafe food. Although they are constantly busy, the staff is fast and efficient and the drive-thru option is very effective. Not only is Starbucks a great resource for those on the go but its the perfect atmosphere for those who need to relax and get some work done.  

The Menu is filled with unimaginable kinds of coffee blends and flavors as well as teas and smoothies. Fresh fruit and Pastries are also a great option. Make sure to stop by between 7am-7pm located at S Church St. Burlington, NC 27244

T Distefano's Bakery and Coffee House

T Distefano's is a cute little bakery cafe located in Mebane, NC at 214 Fieldale Rd. They have just about anything you could want: cookies, pies, muffins, cakes,etc. Along with your baked treat you can also enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the relaxing environment of indoor or outdoor dining. T Distefanos is family owned and operated, which contributes to the inviting atmosphere, and high quality of coffee and baked goods that they serve.  People rave about the cafe saying, it's "One of the best bakeries around" (Anthony C.), and "If there were six stars, I would give that," (Kirby M).
