B. Christopher’s is a neighborhood restaurant in downtown Burlington that prides itself in having some of the freshest food around. It is in fact a steak house but the cuisine has no trans fat, hormones, pesticides, or chemicals. The food is all locally grown and natural and from Iseley Farms and other farms in the area. The meat is USDA approved, hand-selected, and perfectly aged beef. The fish is caught in deep water and brought to the kitchen to prepare and serve the same day. The chicken, seafood, and lamb chops are also always fresh and delicious and prepared to the customer’s liking. The menu features everything from Lobster Pot Pie to Smoked Ceasar Salad to the classic Filet Mignon. They have an extensive wine list including more than 30 wines by the glass and creative cocktails. It was given 4 ½ stars according to the online restaurant rating website Open Table and have a price range of about $31 to $50. On Trip Advisor it is referred to as the #18 restaurant in Burlington out of the 171 restaurants the city currently has. With an atmosphere that is cozy yet chic and that of any successful steak house, B. Christopher’s is the perfect place for any occasion, is always casual, and excellent for large groups. They even have a feature of private dining rooms and outdoor seating during the warm weather months, a commodity that is not found everywhere.
