The Town Table: A Popular Elon hub for food, drinks, and just a downright good time!

           The Town Table, one of Downtown Elon’s most prominent eateries, is not just known for its fresh, innovative food, but also its outstanding service, down-home, laidback atmosphere, and pleasant and accommodating wait staff. Frequented by both Elon students and local residents, the Town Table serves to delight, with their focus on making everyday favorites with an original, signature twist.

            With much loved items including the Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza, Pub Burger, and Grilled Pimento Cheese Sandwich, the Town Table’s menu will definitely please even the pickiest of eaters. The food itself is standard, but the classic, “Town Table” twists that the chefs are able to create really turn the food into something more than just typical dishes. Whether it be the basil mayo on the grilled salmon BLT, the balsamic reduction on the Rustica pizza, or the homemade chili slathered on top of the cheese fries, there are endless options for everyone, all of which can be paired alongside seasonal drafts and libations such as a Raspberry Beret or Peartini.

            In addition to the delectable dishes are the service and atmosphere, which help to create that one-of-a-kind Town Table experience. The wait staff is friendly and obliging, being able to recommend both restaurant dishes and local Elon activities and attractions alike. The atmosphere is also perfectly fitting with the college town, for it is a great mix of casual and posh, being more dressy than a coffee house but less elegant than a five star, Wolfgang Puck restaurant. With diner reviews that include accolades such as “I take anyone who comes to the area here” and “With great food, a large selection of beers on tap, and friendly service, what's not to like about this place?”, really, what is there not to like about this local food favorite?
