Tucked away in the Alameda Towne Centre, Fit-Lite is a "lite" branch of 24-Hour Fitness. The location is pretty small, and there aren't as many machines as a full-sized 24-Hour Fitness, but this is the only one in Alameda. For those looking for a full-sized 24-Hour Fitness, there is one located next to the Home Depot in Oakland, between High Street and Fruitvale Ave.
