• 2015-06-01 The address 2151 W. Stadium Boulevard appears on the June 1, 2015 agenda of the Ann Arbor City Council as part of the site plan approval for AutoZone. According to the staff memo accompanying the  site plan approval item, the plan proposes to demolish an existing car wash and constructing a one-story, 7,381 sf retail building with 28 parking spaces and a single curb cut onto West Stadium.  Stormwater treatment and landscaping will be provided according to City Code. The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of April 7, 2015, recommended approval of this request, subject to recording of an easement for the sanitary sewer lead that serves the adjacent property prior to issuance of building permits.
