This precinct is divided into two halves by the Ann Arbor Railroad. To the east is a primarily student area north of Hoover Avenue and south of Hill Street; to the west is the neighborhood known as the South Main Neighborhood. Fingerle Lumber is in the middle.
The polling place is the Mary Street Polling Place.
