The owners of Arbor Dog Daycare reached a compromise with the Ann Arbor Planning Commission Tuesday night, shaking hands on a deal to let the growing business expand its operations fivefold — allowing up to 125 dogs onsite. With only six of nine members of the Planning Commission present, business owners Jon and Margaret Svoboda needed every vote. And they got them all.
