Commissioner Barbara Levin Bergman has served on the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners since 1993. She earned her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, with a major in program planning and public policy analysis. Commissioner Bergman was the 2007 Chair of the Ways & Means Committee and served previously in other Board of Commissioner leadership positions.
