Biercamp is a cured-meat business selling artisan sausage, jerky, and barbecue sandwiches. It is located at 1643 South State Street next to the Produce Station. It is owned by Hansen and Hannah Cheadle.
In 2014, Biercamp began brewing its own beer, for sale by the glass or in growlers.
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm, as of March 2014.
