Braun Court, from Fourth Ave.Braun Court is a primarily restaurant court off of Fourth Avenue. Was formerly homes, but converted to businesses by Peter Allen in the late 1980s(?). Allen has since called it his worst project, due to the headaches of installing commercial kitchens in the basements of old houses.
