Formed in the summer of 2007, the anti-tax group Chelsea Citizens for Accountability (CCFA) has called for "better accountability and higher efficiency in City government," after the Chelsea City Council approved a 1.35 mil property tax increase. CCFA held public meetings in July and September 2007 to present their critique of Chelsea's incumbents, and the group is backing two candidates in the November 2007 Election, Rod Anderson and William Holmburg.
The group has a website at http://chelseacitizens.googlepages.com/ which does not appear to have been changed since the election.
