(Photo from the Lily Grace Cosmetics website.)Clark was nominated to the DDA board by mayor John Hieftje and confirmed by the city council in November 2013 for a term from November 7, 2013 to July 31, 2016. She filled a position formerly held by Nader Nassif, who resigned from the board after being arrested on charges of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of ecstasy. She holds the slot designated for a downtown business owner.

Clark, an Ann Arbor native, opened Lily Grace Cosmetics at 306 S. Main St. in late 2011. It took over the storefront from the former Suwanee Springs clothing shop, which closed in May 2011 after 38 years in business. The building – known as the Pratt Block – is owned by Ed Shaffran, a former DDA board member.

Clark started her career in the cosmetics industry as a counter manager for Clinique at Macy's in Briarwood Mall. She held a variety of jobs within the industry over 21 years, with experience as a retailer and vendor.

She serves on the 2014 steering committee for the St. Joe's Holiday Ball.

She is married to Dave Clark. They live in the Burns Park neighborhood.
