Early Life and Career Edit
Elliott Sabbagh (DJ Ell) was born on July 25, 1993, in Manhattan, New York. In 1997, he moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan. He started at age 5 learning classical violin. At 12, he bought his first pair of turntables and began his career.
2008-Present Edit
2008 Ell began as co-host of the "The Prop Shop" (since 1988) radio show on WCBN-FM Ann Arbor alongside host, DJ Chill Will.
2011 featured as an opening act on Twista's "The Perfect Storm" tour.
2012 he was featured on other reparable concerts and tours with artists including ASAP Rocky, Afroman,Big K.R.I.T., Curren$y, Casey Veggies, Chris Webby, Danny Brown Devin The Dude, Dj Craze, J. Cole, Joey Bad A$$, Juicy J, Logic,Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), Slum Village, Trinidad James, Twista, and Wale as well as groups such as Finally Famous, Taylor Gang. In 2013, Ell was the tour DJ for the Taylor Gang GoodStock Tour and the ESTSince19XX Tour later on that year featuring Machine Gun Kelly, Dub-O, and Big Sean's Finally Famous.
April 29, 2012, Ell was awarded a Special Recognition Award for outstanding achievement from SKLD, Authur 'Fonzie' Fonzarelli, and David Neeleman, CEO of Jet Blue Airlines.
2013 Elliott was accepted into the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts where he graduated with his (M.B) in 2016 majoring in Music Business/ Managment and minoring in Music Production, and Engineering, and received his Masters (M.M) at Berklee College of Music, Valencia, Spain, in Music Production, Technology, and Innovation in 2017.
