THESE POWER OUTAGES THAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH THIS SUMMER IS AWFUL. NOT JUST FOR YOU BUT FOR US AT THE CALL CENTER SINCE WE GET SENT HOME WITH NO PAY BECAUSE THE CALLS ARE ROUTED TO A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT. SO MAYBE NEXT TIME YOU CALL US UP YOU CAN TREAT US WITH A LITTLE MORE RESPECT. WE DO ALL WE CAN TO HELP YOU OUT . WE DO WHAT WE CAN AND FOLLOW PROTOCOL AS TO KEEP OUR JOBS AND FOLLOW COMPANY POLICY. I GET CURSED AT OFTEN AND I AM ONE OF THE ONES WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS.
