Owner Dino Koukoumtzis sold Dino’s Dugout Sports Lounge and Campfire Family Restaurant, which closed in January 2012 and has been vacant for the last two years, after recently filing for bankruptcy.
According to Milan records, the building, located at 1035 Dexter St., was sold at the auction reserve price of $142,000 to Tri-County Developers Corporation. The buyer lists its headquarters at 1035 Dexter St. in Milan.

The Michigan Liquor Control Commission is investigating a Milan bar for possible violations stemming from a Jell-O wrestling event on Super Bowl Sunday, officials said. Dino’s Dugout Sports Lounge could be sanctioned for at least four possible violations pending a review by the Michigan Attorney General's Office, said Andrea Miller, an LLC spokeswoman.
