Chinese restaurant in Plymouth Mall on Plymouth Road. Evergreen's lunch specials are a great bargain and include an entree, soup, salad, rice and a spring roll for $6-7. Their hot and sour soup is well worth the trip to North Campus as well. The staff is friendly, if not the best at English, and the service is prompt. Most of the regulars seem to be native Chinese as well, always a good sign. As a bonus, they offer free delivery for orders of (I believe) $8 or more, though in my experience the drivers have been a bit directionally challenged, delaying my much-anticipated meal's arrival. (Still completely worth it, especially when you're otherwise stuck with dorm food.) Overall, Evergreen is a great little hole-in-the-wall restaurant and a hidden treasure in Ann Arbor.
