Greg Lobdell is a real estate developer with 2Mission, a partnership he runs with Jon Carlson. Their Ann Arbor projects include the rehabilitation of the buildings that now house the following downtown restaurants and bars:

In the news
In Traverse City, they own North Peak Brewing and Kilkenney's Public House; Blue Tractor Cook Shop and Shed; the Jolly Pumpkin Restaurant, Brewery and Distillery, and the lovely farm-to-table restaurant Mission Table. In Ann Arbor, they have Jolly Pumpkin Café, Blue Tractor BBQ & Brewery and its new downstairs bar, Mash, and the new Lena and its downstairs bar, Habana. In Royal Oak, there's Bastone, Vinotecca, Café Habana (slated to be relocated elsewhere in the city) and a downstairs bar, Commune. And of course, there's the Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales brewery in Dexter.
