Three months after losing its $50 million Domino's Pizza account, Group 243 Inc., Ann Arbor, Mich., is moving into its parent company's headquarters and taking a new name: Ross Roy Franchise.

To nobody`s surprise, Ross Roy Group is acquiring Group 243, an Ann Arbor, Mich., agency, whose showcase client is Domino`s Pizza, a $40 million- plus account.

Group 243 took on the Domino's account in 1975 when it had only 85 units and was in a court battle over its name. By the time the relationship ended nearly 20 years later, Domino's had more than 5,000 units and Group 243 had established an image of its own.
