A local nonprofit is converting a foreclosed home into what it hopes will become the start of a renaissance for a South Ann Arbor neighborhood. Homeplace Community Land Trust, formed six years ago and funded by federal, state and city money, has purchased, rehabilitated and listed for sale the home on Metroview Court.
