The Hutchinson House is a historic mansion located at 600 N. River Street, in Ypsilanti's Historic East Side neighborhood. The house is currently home to the HighScope Research Foundation.

The mansion, one of the largest in Ypsilanti, takes up an entire block of River Street, overlooking Frog Island and the Huron River. Its 30 rooms once included a swimming pool, billiard room, ballroom, and marble fireplaces. It was built for the bride of Shelly Byron Hutchinson, co-founder of the S&H Green Stamps retailer loyalty rewards system.
