Jason Frenzel is the Stewardship Coordinator for the Huron River Watershed Council. He was appointed to the First Ward Ann Arbor City Council seat on December 6, 2016, replacing Sabra Briere who resigned her position on December 5, 2016.
He was the Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator for the City of Ann Arbor's Natural Area Preservation program from 2001 to 2011.
On March 11, 2016, MLive.com reported that Frenzel "pulled petitions" to run for election as the Democratic Party nominee in the August 2016 Ann Arbor City Council 1st Ward primary. Details on Jason's campaign can also be found on his website: www.A2JasonFrenzel.com.
