Michigan basketball coach John Beilein spent a lot of this past season explaining his team's need for size in the future. On Friday, the Wolverines got some. Jon Horford, a 6-foot-9 forward from Grand Ledge, confirmed to AnnArbor.com this afternoon that he committed to Michigan.
Michigan picked up some desperately needed size this afternoon as Grand Ledge senior Jon Horford became the third commitment for the Class of 2010. Horford, the brother of former Florida star Al Horford, chose Michigan over offers from Providence and Cal.
