Managed by Growing Hope.

The Ypsilanti Farmers Market - Downtown (16 S Washington) is run by Growing Hope and aims to increase access to fresh and healthy food while supporting our local economy and developing our community.

Tuesdays, 3 - 7 pm.

Outdoor market season is May-October. In November and December (until Dec 20) we take our farmers market inside at 16 S Washington.  The Ypsilanti Farmers Market Winter Market will feature a large variety of vendors, including some familiar faces from the current market season. Shoppers can expect to find winter crops, baked goods, meat, eggs, honey and syrup, spices and oils, cheese, soaps and lotions, handmade goods, wild Alaskan salmon, and much, much more! The market will also offer prepared foods, including food from Beezy's Cafe.

During the outdoor market season:
We have around 40 vendors, selling a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, breads and baked goods, cheese, meat, plants and seedlings, soaps, laundry detergent, and other homemade crafts and jewelry. We ask of our vendors that all the products they sell be grown or made in Michigan.

We accept many forms of payment at the market including; Cash, EBT/SNAP/Bridge Card, Double Up Food Bucks, Credit/Debit, Prescription for Health, WIC Project FRESH, Senior Market FRESH/Project FRESH, Market Dollars, and Hoophouses for Health. Stop by our Healthy Communities tent to swipe your card and get tokens to spend, or to ask questions and get health information!

Growing Hope founded the Downtown Ypsilanti Farmers Market in 2006, and took over management of the Depot Town Farmers Market in 2013.
