Lena is a restaurant located at the corner of South Main and East Liberty, which is where the Parthenon used to be.
Its facade is painted a distinctive shade of green, hearkening back to the green color used when the building was a Cunningham Drug Store.

Last night I had the privilege to attend a press event at Lena. I was really impressed. Origionally when I had heard Cafe Habana was turning into Lena, I was a little disappointed. I really liked their areapas. Nevertheless, I had heard good things from friends who had gone to Lena and I was excited to give it a try. In short: it was awesome, every aspect was better than I could have hoped.
Jon Carlson and Greg Lobdell — who combined own a dozen Michigan restaurants — spent four months transforming the 8,000-square-foot, bi-level space at the corner of South Main and East Liberty streets.
