Manchester Flats is an apartment complex in Ann Arbor located on the southeast corner of Stadium Boulevard and Pauline Boulevard. The apartment complex was originally built in 1958. Formerly Stadium Apartments, McKinley acquired and renovated the apartments, grounds, and parking areas.

The complex contains a total of 174 apartment units ranging in size from 470 sq. foot 1 bedroom units to 1,054 sq. foot 3 bedroom units. The complex also contains a swimming pool, fitness center, and laundry facilities. Manchester Flats is located along AATA bus routes No. 8 and No. 15.

Within walking distance from Manchester Flats is Fritz Park, located off Pauline Blvd. east of Stadium Blvd., just south of Eberwhite Elementary School.

Children living in Manchester Flats apartments are in the Ann Arbor school district and attend Eberwhite Elementary School, Slauson Middle School, and Pioneer High School.
