Meadowinds Apartments is the name of a proposed development to be located at 1430 South Maple Road. This is the location where the previously proposed 42 North and The Grove projects were planned.

March 30, 2015 - The site plan was submitted under the name "The Vue".

January 28, 2015 - mLive - 318-unit apartment complex proposed on Maple Road on Ann Arbor's west side.

"A Farmington Hills-based developer is proposing to build a new apartment complex on Maple Road near Pauline Boulevard in Ann Arbor.
"Steve Schafer, owner of Schafer Development, has plans for 318 market-rate apartments in eight buildings, each with three levels of apartments above interior parking. There also would be some exterior parking and a community building."
