Michael Finney is President and CEO of Ann Arbor SPARK, a public-private partnership whose mission is to advance innovation-based economic development in the greater Ann Arbor region and represents all communities in Washtenaw County. Mr. Finney is the former President and CEO of Greater Rochester Enterprise and served as a vice president of the Michigan Economic Development Corp. Currently he serves on the U of M, Office of Technology Transfer National Council, Board of Directors for State Science and Technology Institute and Michigan Venture Capital Association and the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation Board of Directors.
