The Nichols Arboretum (the "Arb") has entrances on Geddes and Washington Heights. It is a botanical preserve, with acres of rolling hills and every species of tree native to the state of Michigan. It's a popular walking and playing area in both summer and winter.

If you are looking for a great place to sled this winter, look no further. No other place compares to the Arb for sledding.
