Northwestern Mutual Financial is an insurance and financial services company.
It has had an office at the corner of Fourth and Washington Streets in downtown Ann Arbor and is moving to the Earhart Corporate Center in Ann Arbor Township in 2009.

Herb Black, owner of 124 E. Washington and a Northwestern Mutual representative, will keep his office in the upper floor of the building. He said he's had quite a bit of interest in the newly available space, and is very close to a deal for filling it.
