The Oxbridge neighborhood covers part of Ward 2 in the City of Ann Arbor and serves the residents east of Washtenaw Avenue between Angell Elementary School and Berkshire Road. The name “Oxbridge” was originally derived from the combination of the central street names of Oxford and Cambridge Roads. The Oxbridge neighborhood was historically referred to as College Hill due to it adjacency to the University of Michigan and the presence of several fraternity and sorority houses.
